Root Google Backup Settings

Ok so I've been running CM7 for quite awhile now and I flashed over to MikZ yesterday to check it out. After flashing, Google's servers automatically restored some of my apps, but not all of my most current apps, maybe say from the last couple of weeks.

Is there a way to get google's servers to automatically back up my stuff? I don't see a setting anywhere for this, but since some of my apps restored, a backup sequence must have been initiated at some point in the past.

I would like to be able to tell it "back up everything as of right now" so I can flash over to a different Z Rom and get all my current info restored.

Google back up is in the settings somewhere i think under security and privacy, im on MIUI so its under personal settings/back up data. I dont recall having seen this on all roms though. I remember I could not find it once, think i was on kings GB but i could be wrong
