Google Calendar no longer notifying on reminders?

Recently, my Google Calendar has stopped notifying me on Reminders. Event alarms still send out notifications, but reminders don't anymore. I don't know about Tasks, as I don't use that feature. I didn't change anything, they just stopped working all of a sudden a couple of weeks ago.

OS: Android 9

have you wiped cache for the calendar? maybe try and uninstall and reinstall the calendar as well.

No, not yet, but I can try that as long as everything comes back again.

Okay, I did wipe the cache, and tried a test reminder, and it made no difference, this is still happening.

Tried that too. No difference.
