Google Chrome Update

[SithLord0498]

Chrome received its first update since coming out of Beta. After installing it, I tried to open the Settings option to see if Google fixed the bug in it. I'm happy to report that Chrome no longer crashes when opening Settings!

Same thing I was about to post!

My tablet was "updated" last night and Chrome is gone.

Is that how they keep it from crashing???

Not even available from Google Play anymore.

I was forced to use the Samsung play store App. to download the Google chrome program file I did not use it the first time I downloaded it, just got it from Google off the Net. But I still don't understand why the update removed it.

It was available in the Play Store when I had to reinstall it.

It was available in the Play Store when I had to reinstall it.

I did find it, but only on the Google Play web site, not on the app store.

It works and doesn't crash when going into settings.

The Sep. 12 update seems to be the crash-free version.

I decided to check on Update Automatic for Chrome. Off for other apps.
