Help google contact sync problem

So i just noticed this morning my contacts are not syncing. They haven't synced since May 29th. I checked on my tablet and it's working fine. Has anyone else noticed this?
 
Have you tried to restart your device? I find doing this resets most of the applications i am running that are giving me issues.
 
Uninstall the email account your contacts are coming from and reinstall that should work unless the email account is have problems.
