Help Google doesnt recognize my phone

Google has no idea which device I'm using. I've removed all devices I don't use months ago and it still thinks I'm using one of those 2 previous ones and rarely the current one, what should I do?

Have you checked My Devices in your Google Account > Security?

I have an "unknown" listed on my Google Account. Which was actually a Bluestacks session running on a Mac, last used in March 2018. As long as they're Signed out, it's OK I think.

OK thanks. I have but it won't let me do anything about them. I've changed my password several times, still it thinks I'm using one of 2 old phones.

I would guess they meant plugging it into a different port on a computer rather than replacing the port on the phone.

Which is a possible fix if a PC won't recognise it, but that's not the problem here.

Do the Sign out for it, if you haven't already done so. If you've already changed your passwords, also enable two factor authentication(2FA) login to Google, like using the Google Authenticator app or SMS verification. Then any devices won't be able to login automatically, and will need a 2FA code.
