Help Google Drive promo?

Hi everyone.. Just made the switch from iPhone after 7 years. Love the M8 so far!

I'm trying to figure out how to redeem the promotional Google Drive storage. When I load Drive from my M8, I don't see any option or screen to redeem my storage like the HTC support site says I should see. I tried clearing my cache and relaunching, but still nothing.

I saw something else saying that there was an issue with att customers receiving their extra space due to a software issue and that a fix was pushed out, however there was no software update available for me when I checked.

Anyone have any ideas or sufferings?
