Help Google Goggles for Huawei Ascend? Help

Why can I not find Google Goggles for Hauwei Ascend? I would really like to get this app. Please help.

The developers have set an autofocus camera access restriction for Google Goggles. What that means is unless your phone has autofocus (the Ascend has fixed focus) it will not show up in the market.

This also goes for other apps such as the official Amazon app as well as the official Target and Best Buy apps.

Where did you see that the camera is fixed focus? Everything I have found on the web says it is auto focus Nevermind I found just as many saying it was fixed focus.

Its seems like alot of product review sites got misinformation about the specs of the device before it was actually introduced. I have 2 Huawei Ascends and can confirm that it does not autofocus.

Edit: Here is a link to the official website of the Huawei Ascend. If you drop down the spec menu, you will see that it states the camera is a 3.2MP FF(fixed focus) camera. http://bit.ly/gte49f

I have it on the ascend I had to find the .apk from a different site and install it to my phone it works sometimes but its really not worth it

Google goggles is now in the market for the ascend! I just got it yesterday!
