post previously, the puzzle piece Google services had a virus removed from it by 360 security, well it's back now with a friend to help it, someone else posted about virus taking over as device administrator, I currently have that occurring its an android phone info and can't be deactivated as administrator. I can't access the play store due to its previous attack took out my ability to enter there, so I can't do any fight with play store apps. My phone is not currently rooted I was preparing to root again when I find that I have an administrator I have no control over. This fact prompted me to force security scan, oh this administrator disabled my security app. Discover the puzzle piece infected again this administrator is going undetected.

That will do no good if something's enabled as a Device Admin.

@Curtis windsor Press the Power button until you get the Shutdown menu, then hold (don't just tap) Shutdown until you get the option to reboot in Safe Mode. Select that, and once the device restarts try disabling the unwanted app in Device Administrators.
