My gmail account had multiple devices logged into it. would that effect my location history and if so how

it should not affect your location history for specific device regardless how many devices are signed in to your account. location history uses your gps signal which comes from the devices itself.
Are they actually your devices? If there's any that you don't recognise, treat them as suspicious.

I sometimes go to the history and check out for them.
I know most of the time, I switched up devices with the same ISP. Even when I am not in town, either my mother's home town.
I know where I take so much cautionary tales with it..
