Im having problems with Google maps on my Wildfire (sorry if i have posted this in wrong Forum)
I went away at New year and my phone was working fine. I updated to the new version of Maps at the time while i was down there (as my friend was saying that there was a new version).
The problem is that its not showing my location though I have all available connections open and therefore not able to use the Navigation app. Also the date /weather app still shows my location as the place I was though its otherside of the country.
Unable to get the phone to update this to anywhere local to me. Also unable to update or remove the app as the market is saying its constantly downloading 5.0.0. I apparently have maps version 4.50 and Android version 2.2
Any help with this will be appreciated
