Help Google Maps Voice guide not present

Hi all,

I use the preinstalled Google maps for GPS navigation on my X10. It does give me the directions on the screen, but there is NO VOICE guidance! Is there another app I need to install or a setting somewhere, please?

First time I used Maps with 2.1 I had no voice, launced Latitude and it set up the voice navigation for me but I supposed X10iuser's method is simpler

Not sure if you're only in Google Maps, or inside the Navigation feature, but Google Maps just shows you a route, you have to use the Navigation feature within Google Maps (which is still in Beta) in order to get turn by turn voice guidance.
