Hi, just wondering if this is a handset problem or if anyone else has this issue.
Very sad I know, but I have been having problems with the Google Maps on my Wildfire, the routing is A1 as are the spoken directions, the problem that I am having is when it speaks the directions, it always seems to be about 75 yards behind where I actually am, meaning I am on the other side of a roundabout, when its telling me to take the second exit.
I went for a drive on Saturday and took my Orange San Fran with me as well as the Wildfire, and the SF was 100% better, it spoke the directions a lot earlier than the Wildfire, making it much easier to drive, and much safer, with being told before I reached a turn rather than after.
My Wildfire has been factory reset, so it has no apps on slowing it down, anyone any ideas?
Andrew
Should say they are both using the same network carrier.
