Yup I've just took the update but "what's new" doesn't mention that feature....

I attached the article.. Something about the notification tray you can respond with out even going directly into app? I updated last night and have no such capabilities!

Hmm the article also says messenger is for 5.0+ but I was using it on 4.4

Actually I just realised, even on the old version, when I tapped the notification it took me straight to the message so I could reply.
Is this what the new feature is supposed to be?
UPDATE just got a txt and now when you slide down the notification to expand it there's a "reply" button that puts up a reply box and your keyboard on a semi transparent background so you can reply.
That's actually pretty cool
