Help Google music makes random music offline

So I've a really annoying problem with Google Music. I have it set to only download music to be "available offline" when Im on Wifi (it includes 4g with that as well), and have only a few songs selected to be available offline. My problem is, whenever i turn on 4g or wifi, it downloads random songs to be available offline, that i've never selected. And I dont know where Music stores this music on my SD card so I can delete them, but I know it puts them somewhere, and it hogs up all my SD card room with random music I dont need downloaded. How do i make it stop this? I dont really need any music available offline, so if there's a way to just not let it download any music at all, that would be a viable solution.

Anyone else? If I turn off the "download only on wifi" option, then it just downloads music randomly whenever it chooses:/

I checked that source, but couldnt find an answer. Anyone else have an idea? Or another place I can look for help?
 
I disabled this feature on my wife's phone and it didn't just start downloading on 3G. then, about an hour or so later I looked down and there was a message that songs were now available offline so it decided to start at a random time of it's choosing and completed at it's own leisure. Remember, this is a beta program. More to come in the future.
