Help Google Music Manager

Have received my invite to Google Music but when I go to add music I have to install Music Manager and when I hit the Run button nothing happens. Anyone know why? I have the app on the phone and it syncs okay with Google Music [I tried some of the free music and it appeared on the phone] but I cannot add my own stuff.

Is this on PC? What if you run it as admin (right click > Run as admin)?

Hi Dan, yes it is on the PC [windows 7] and have tried that. The cursor goes round in circles and then stops and goes back to an arrow. Nothing else happens.

Possibly, but I have tried to download it a number of times and the size is the same each time.

Honestly dont know. Could be an issue local to your PC (Do you have access to another to test?)

Installed on my laptop so looks like a local issue. Have managed to install plenty of other software.

Ran sfc /scannow and nothing showed up.

Sorted. Had only just installed windows 7 the other day so decided to install again and worked first time. Phew!!
