Help Google navigation street view

[franksnbeans]

I used to get a street view in navigation but now it's always a sky view. I like the other view for lane guidance. Is this an update or can I switch it back? TIA

Tap the Layers icon on the top right and uncheck Satellite.

And explore a litstle

That didnt work. I really dont know what happened for this to change. I really liked how it used be a birds eye view instead of looking from above. Anyone else have any insight? Thanks.
