hmmmm if you go to google+ on a desktop you can scroll to the bottom of the left hand nav and select settings.
But under Google+ > Notification Settings you can't toggle off email. All you can do is add another email. But you can dig deep and let them know which notifications you want emails for. Untoggle all?
Perhaps set up a gmail filter so that incoming from google+ notifications will skip inbox and archive?

Thanx bro. Oh no im pretty stupid with gmail lol. Ive never used filters before.
As u know i hate desktops but ill maybe blow the dust off the ole laptop lol. Just got into usin G+ again n im sick of the double notification.
