Just do what you did to make it come up originally, and it should return eventually. I swipe away cards from time to time and they come back after a day or two.

Hmm.. is there any way I can trick it into thinking it's in England and then return it to actual?
Managed to do it with a location spoofer but still no sign of the Translate card..
