Root google now on motion?

When I use it, the Red pulsing Microphone comes up and when I ask it something, it brings me to a google search. What did I do wrong?

Anyone found the answer to this yet?
the cards work, but it won't talk to me and just does a regular google web search when I ask it something.

Google now is for jelly bean 4.1.2 and up. The version you have is ported to ICS and voice talk back no longer works on it and never will again lol.
