Can this phone handle this even know its not a armV 5,6 or 7?

It should be able to. I believe the Warp's CPU (MSM8655) does support version 7 of the ARM instruction set

Here is some more information.

Edit: I stand corrected on this. I did some research myself, and found that the program itself depends on Android 4.x and up... looks like the Warp's out of luck

I actually have the m7offline.zip it works. Not fully just talk. But its better than speak and tap.
