Help Google Play $25 credit abroad?

Hi

So I bought my Nexus 7 from Best Buy in Canada, however I live in HK. My google account is also HK registered.

I've activated my Nexus 7 and have got the welcome email.

Any chance I will get the $25 credit or probably not as I don't have a North American Google Play account?

While I'm unsure if you'll get the credit, once you tap on "Google PrePaid card", it should appear shortly after.

Yeah, I don't have anything with Google PrePaid Card anywhere.
