Root Google Play and Apps

So Yesterday night I decided to Change my ROM and I installed Number 2 And since then google play is REALLY slow (Not Loading) and some apps I had now i cant install them since they are a greater version, but i had them before so Is there any way to fix google play, and is there anyway where I can download apps for my Version?

clear data/cache for the Play Store in the app manager.
