Hello, everyone I am have trouble with Google play "app store" opening on my droid DNA. I have had this phone for about 3 days and Google play crashed. For no reason and will not open again. I have tryed to clear the chech thing and fore stop the app. But nothing works. Should I factory reset my phone? Someone please help me!

What error message do you get when u try opening the app?

Probably something along the lines of 'unfortunately, Google Play has stopped' or 'the process com.google.vending has stopped unexpectedly'
Sadly, much like MS Windows, Android errors never give out any info to assist with troubleshooting, which is why I wish apps could just dump back to the home screen like in iOS

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your device
Sometimes uninstall / reinstall the application might be able to fix the issue.

Have you disabled any apps lately OP?

Have you recently rooted or flashed a ROM? If so, you cannot simply sideload Google Play like other apps, it will just crash on launch
