I've been having strange volume issues with my N3 and I think I've got it figured out...somewhat. Using the EQ setting on Google Play causes the volume to vary up and down when playing on my N3. I turn it off and it seems to be ok. Turn it on and if I pause it a few times or sometimes simply hit the back arrow to re-listen to a track, it'll trip the problem and either stop equalizing the music even though it's still on or it will lower the volume. Anyone else having this issue through G Play???

Seriously?!? ANY other EQ app as well?? That sucks!! I was just thinking about DLing another EQ to see if that will help the sound but not now. I'm still within my 14 day trial deal....this sucker may be going back. I want excellent sound through my car stereo and don't want to deal with problems like this.
Try Poweramp for your music player. I haven't experienced any issues through bluetooth headphones, speakers or when wired to the bluetooth speaker.

I have this too. It's probably my biggest peeve about the device. Anything else, I can take care of with root once I feel up to it.
