Help Google play problem with my S3

ok guys here the deal my phone was working great and i could access and do everything

now i rooted my phone and tried app that needed root access and everything works great, but when i try to login google play i get " no conection although there is.
so i unrooted the phone and made backup and then factroy restor. but still got the google play problem

whats wrong with that guys ?
everything time i try to add gmail acc i get error says server down due to connection or something like that and get me wifi connection page but i don' have wifi

so whats wrong guys

please help me out

What carrier are you with?
And check in the "about phone" settings and let us know if your IMEI is a bunch of numbers and not all zeros. You need not post it here, just let us know:)
 
am using vodafon and yah its a buch of numbers
also my phoe statu still modified although i unrooted it
i still can't add any gmail accounts through anything
 
Ok guys after hard research i fixed it
here what i did
1-i rooted my phone again
2- downloaded root explorer
3- went to etc >> host
4- added # infront the second ip
Vola !
it worked i can open google play and add my google and everything works perfect

hope his soluation works for every one else facing that stupid problem
