google play problem?

Hi i am wondering coz i have 81 apps on my phone and evry time i go to google play app to check if there is any updates on my apps it only shows there i only have 29 apps installed. And when i browse some of my apps it says that "youre deive isnt compatible with this.version." you kidding me so my 51 apps doesnt exist for updates anymore? Guys any idea about this? Ty
 
Ignore that. I couldn't get the feature to work so did a bit of digging and it appears something on Google's side stops it from working.
 
i really need to get back my apps. i dont know what to do. from 83 apps down to 32 apps. what is going on. help!
