Google play services always active in background

My google play services stays active in back ground around 22 hrs/day, draining my battery. I did not noticed this until i mount my second SIM card. Since than two google play services in my app, is this normal ? One of google play services in active in back ground 22 hrs and draining about 10% of battery and the second one maybe active 5 hrs and draining 0.1%,,,
I try to reboot and wipe cahche, i cleared cache on both apps, i also clear all data on both apps, and restarting in safe mode and using for a day make no difference. I also check sync problems, no sync problems
Have i something more to try before restoring to factory settings ?

Strange, i check with my friends mobile. There google play services works in background just minutes per day and consumptiom is under 1% per day.
 
Dont think so, the phone was activated jiust one momth ago. And despite google services consumptiom i can say the battery is ok, i have 30-40% in the evening. But useless consumptiom just bother me
 
so sounds like you have done all the troubleshooting (https://www.maketecheasier.com/fix-google-play-services-battery-drain-android/) that can be done other then a factory reset. try doing a hard reset instead of a factory reset. you will need to use the power+vol button combo:https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-a8-2018/

also keep in mind that your battery is almost at its end of life period. most batteries have a life span of about 3-4 years or sooner depending how much you use the phone and how frequent you charge it.
