Help Google play services

So I own a galaxy t-399 and here's my problem. I started getting the message thar google play service has stopped. So after the 50th time it did that I turned it off. Bad idea I know that now. I turned it on but now I'm not sure what's going on. All google accessories like play store Gmail maps etc all send me to a place where it looks like my Gmail but all the tabs under the email name is redeem settings and help and feedback. I've tried turning off and back on, clearing data/cache, delete the Google account and readded, absolutely nothing is working. I'm honestly at a lost .


So thanks to hours of trial and error I solved half my problem. By clearing the cache in the framework and the plau store I got it to open. Now I can't get the service to update.

I had a similar issue last night... Except the message was that I needed to have play services installed... But the play store wouldn't load. In the end I just went to sleep and it was working in the morning.
