Google Play store missing! DROIDX2

Alright, so I did a factory reset on my phone a couple days ago. After the reset, all of my apps/music/photos were gone (as expected). But google play is missing to? I only have the original android market now. I've restarted (by turning off completely, and turning back on) my phone numerous times but I still get nothing. I do have the 'Google Play Services' app installed as well. After I reset my phone, I did sign in with an account different from the one I had signed in with when I got the phone. Could that be an issue? :(

Please help ASAP!
 
Click on the market app and it should update automatically for you.

Most older phone's stock ROMs still contain the old "market" app.
 
Okay, so I got it to update. I just went to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Market and cleared the data.
 
Hey there and welcome to android forums!

Sometimes it will take as long as a day or so to update to Google play.

Depending on your device and which os your on.
