Google Play store won't open?

I have the offical jellybean installed and my phone is rooted and this is what happens when I try to open it

Have you tried clearing the play store cache and data?

Go to settings ---> applications manager----> all applications ------> find google play - press on it than force stop or what ever to stop it from running. Than clear data and after that SHAZAM it works.

Or what El Presidene SAID - coz he is the president

Look in settings > apps > all. Find Google Services Framework. Clear data and cache and reboot.

If that doesn't work, try removing your google account and add it again.

I remember having that same thing happen before but I can't remember what I did. I might have factory reset. Can you download apps from the play store to your phone using your pc?

Well having the same issue. I've done all the suggestions above and still nada.

I tried this too, from another site...

Go to Settings/Apps and scroll to ALL. Touch the menu screen in the top right corner and touch "Reset All Apps"

Yay. I'm working again!

Nothing.

I can't send apps from my PC either.
