Help Google Play weird problem

Hey, im having problems with google play. Im trying to update apps and it tells me 'application requires newer SDK version. Also, when i want to download apps, it sometimes says 'error while processing purchase' when its a free app. Anyone knows something i can do?

The only permanent fix I've found for the "error processing purchase" message is to delete the app data for GoogleServicesFramework. I've tried several different things over the past few days and this is the only thing that has fixed the issue completely.

I've tried this, but now open google play gives me 'Server error' with a 'Retry' button. Any ideas?

Make sure you can connect to the internet.
I get this sometimes, and I find my internet connection is down, and I have to disable/enable wi-fi
