Whenever I click Install on google play through my computer. it says that the app will be installed soon. but the apps dobt install even when I leave the connection on.what sho

Have you tried installing the apps from the Play Store on your phone?
I believe that if you're using the computer you need to transfer the app files to the phone before you can install .. but I've never tried. I think things like Kies and HTC Sync have tools for this.

If you have more than one device, then perhaps you've selected a device other than the one you intended?
I've done the remote install from the Play Store many times without issue.
Also, are you using the same Google account on your PC as what is setup/added to your Android device?
