i enter google play but error : " connecting is unavailable ". what can i do ?

i checked my phone before opened google play.even date and time.but can not.

so are you saying you device has the right date and time? my tablet some how changed both date and time without letting me know and the play store would not work. i correct them and i was able to connect to the play store.
