Hi can someone plz help me..... my phone keeps deleting the Google player after

I have up graded it from market. I've tried to set my phone back to factory settings and it workers for so long but then goes. Any tips or advice wouldd really be helpful as I don't know what I'm doing lol. Thankx x

What do you mean by Google player?

Have you tried going into settings> applications> manage applications hit the tab for all applications at the top and find market. In market delete cache and data.
