Google Plus app logout

Qoo

Newbie
I accidentally logged into the Google Plus app with the wrong account and can't find a way to logout so I can login with another account. Please help.:o

Go to the app manager in your phone and clear cache and data for Google+; that normally does it.

I checked but it says the cache is at 0kb, so I can't clear it because the button is greyed out.
Is this really the only way to logout of this app? Is there no official way, like a very well hidden button in the app itself? This seems really strange to me.

you could always remove the app then reinstall which should prompt you to log back in
or as above but not the cache, clear data should do it.

Thanks, clear data did the trick. I somehow didn't see that button when I checked before.
But still, that's a weird way of having to log out. I hope they fix that soon.

According to the Help into there should be a sign out feature from Menu on the Home screen but it's missing from my app.

Then lets hope it's just a bug in the latest version and will be fixed soon. Unless that's their way of forcing us to stay logged in all the time of course. ;)
