Is it normal for this to happen? I disabled Google+ but after a few days, I se that it is enabled again. It's the only app that seems to do it. All other apps stay disabled.
it's some sort of bug. i've had that happen to me too with other apps as well like google earth and others (can't remember which ones). i just rooted my phone and uninstalled them b/c it became pretty annoying to have to disable those few apps every time i restarted my phone. it should probably be fixed in the next ota update. it wasnt fixed in the leaked 4.04 update since thats what i'm running.
