I bought a galaxy young today and while doing the initial startup i got stuck at the acceptance of the T&S.
Normally i would assume that it's a a server issue, but seeing as the problem has been going on for more then two hours i don't think that's the problem.
If anybody can either: confirm that the servers are down, they have the same problems, or that they know how to fix it, then that would be great.
