Is there a way to get rid of the Google search bar.

Funnyusername · Oct 4, 2013

I can. But I use Nova Launcher Prime.

There is really no reason not to run (or at least try) Nova Launcher. It makes almost every aspect of your phone customizable.

Thanks guys I will give it a try. Might try Apex also.

Agree. The thing that always annoyed me about Android was that the home screens and app drawers never rotated. Also there was the extra information that I was always required to view on the home screen. Mine is shown below using Nova Launcher Prime.
