Help Google Services Framework

This is about my wife's EVO Shift 4G, but could have same issue with stock EVO 4G. After updating with the recent OTA, keep getting message "Google Services Framework (Process com.google.process.gapps) has stopped unexpectedly". Cannot exit this. Any ideas?? Thanks for your thoughts and assistance!

sounds like it needs a factory reset.
