Help Google sign in error

Every time I boot the phone up, a damn excited triangle (the triangle with the exclamation mark in the middle) shows in the notification bar, saying sign in error for xxxxx@gmail.com, I click it and I have to put the characters I see in the picture in the box. Is there a way I could fix this.

I don't have it happen that often... perhaps once every two weeks or so. It is irritating and near impossible to input the correct characters to get logged in. If there is a fix.. I sure want to hear it.
