Root Google Talk from 2.1 update1

Could someone pull the following files off an Incredible 2.1 update1 ? I want to see if they'll work on 2.2 and

1) allow me to sign in as a different user
2) fix my second gmail not syncing on 2.2


Files:
1. TalkProvider.apk
2. GTalkService.apk
3. Talk.apk

Anyone see a problem with me trying this?
