Help Google Talk login error after ICS

After installing ICS have such problem:

I am using on phone my personal gmail account and company google apps account.
Google talk is trying to login with company google app acount and sending error to notification bar.
As far as I know - it should not try to login with google apps account to gtalk at all.
Did not find where to change any settings regarding this, if there are any.

Any ideas ?

You could try using an Application Specific Password generated from your personal Gmail account to log into G Talk:

Gmail > Settings > Accounts > Change account settings > Other Google Account settings > Authorising applications & sites > Edit > Step 1 of 2: Generate a new application-specific password
