I have a Vital ASC Tablet running Android 4.0. How do I make Google Voice phone calls? I have installed the Google Voice app. I have wi-fi access but I get the error message "Mobile Network Not Available." I can make Google Voice phone calls using my Ubuntu 12.4 desktop computer.
