Google Talk with Video Calling?

[ToeNipples]

I can't seem to find any info on whether or not the Rezound has built-in video calling via the google talk app. I only ask because both the Evo 3D and Epic 4G on sprint when updated to 2.3.4 and 2.3.5 respectively did not include the new google talk app with video calling. Someone please verify.
