Help Google Voice Actions Shortcut?

I love Google Voice Actions....I just wish the icon weren't so small! Anybody know of a way to get a "normal" sized icon place on the homescreen so it is easier to access?

If you use NovaLauncher there is a Voice Action icon. It's approximately the same size as the App Drawer icon

It would be nice if Google provided one though. I really hate to run a launcher just to get better access to one program.

Nova Launcher is basically a speedier stock launcher if you don't play with it. It's ICS only so it looks exactly like stock unless you mess with it. Highly recommend; I've been using it since their early beta stages. The only one turn off for people is that unless you're rooted you can't continually scroll through to widgets in the app drawer. But if you have root just check the box and you're fine. I highly recommend at least giving it a shot because you're likely thinking of launchers like Go Launcher and ADW Launcher when I say launcher and those launchers completely change the look. Nova launcher you'll be surprised; it looks identical to stock if you don't change anything. It has other little shortcuts similar to the Voice Actions and you could even put the Voice Actions one in your dock. Again, I'd give it a shot

There's an app for that - a bigger button that just launches Voice Search/Actions (not just the Voice Dialer): search the market for "Google Voice Search Button - GN" by Giant Turtle. I've been using it on my stock GN since a week or so after the GN was released. Works like a charm.
