Help google voice dialing

how do i dial a contact or unsaved number that i got a text from with google voice with out having to go to my voicemail, is there a simple way to select a contact and simply hit 'dial with google' or something along those lines?
 
Well, you can set GV to ask you each time a call is made or temporally set GV to always use GV then disable it when done. You can also log into the website and make the call from there.

I wish Android had the option to set which contacts to use GV with so I could set my friends and family to always use GV and my work contact to use my Verizon number. You listening Google? ;)

cool...so do i set that on my phone, voice mail or pc? and how?
