Help Google voice help

I could not seem to get it to work on my evo. Sure I did something wrong, but I decided to in install it now I have no voice mail at all. My phone will ring and I can answer it but if I send it to voice mail it tela the caller that my number had been disconnected. How do I get my voice mail back? Do I have to do a factory reset? Thanks for the help!

Check your voicemail settings. Menu>call settings>voicemail settings. Check to make sure Google voice is not checked and make sure the voicemail # is your phone number. See if that helps.
