Google Voice Integration with 4.0

On a somewhat related note if you want your regular phone texts to show up in GV, to consolidate everything in one place, take a look at PhoneLeash (screencaps here show HeyWire but works the same with GV). You can also reply back from [GV] -> [Your phone] -> [your friend]. Its like using your phone through GV.

I think texting under normal circumstances through the gvoice app is perfectly adequate. And a bunch of other text features like texting using voice actions (the Siri equivalent) gives you the choice of sending it through gvoice vs. native sms (and you can set this as the default and it won't prompt you anymore). The only feature I've found so far that doesn't integrate very well is the Quick Response feature when you decline an incoming call, but I'd imagine they'll address this eventually as well. Has anyone found somewhere else that the texting integration isn't seamless?

2 slight glitches for me. 1) No email gateway. For example, someone can send an email to (mynumber)@vtext.com. I will get that email as a text. 2) No mms.

Neither of which is a major issue for me.
