Root Google Voice Not Working

I have Google Voice set-up on my phone and am logged-into my account...it's been working for quite a while...

But now when people call me they get the message, "We could not complete your call. Please try again later."

How do I fix this?

I'm about to throw this phone out my car window.

A few days ago (probably 2) my phone did the same thing.
Original Droid not rooted.

I can't make outbound Google Voice calls but can receive them.

I need this for work. It really sucks.
