For the past few days Google voice has been randomly playing voice mails and text messages through my inspires speaker.. I'll just be sitting there doing nothing and all of the sudden Google voice will start reading text messages or voice mails right from the speaker.. It even happens while I'm talking on the phone. I have reinstalled app and its still doing it. Any fixes? This is rather annoying and embarrassing especially if I'm in a meeting and my text messages are read via speaker..

Google Voice does not have its own software to do this, it is done by your text-to-speech app on your phone. That is the culprit.
